How to know when to start God's year.

Five elders of the North West Church of God travelled to London on the 14th July to personally deliver an open letter to 10, Downing Street, the home of Britain's Prime Minister. Specific arrangements had to be made, as Downing Street is not open to the public and is heavily guarded by gates and security forces. The letter to the Queen was posted nearby for the reasons stated in her letter.
